項(xiàng)目性質(zhì)：團(tuán)隊(duì)融合、凝聚力提升

場(chǎng)地器材：專業(yè)背摔訓(xùn)練場(chǎng)地，安全可靠背摔架，戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)保護(hù)繩。

The equipment: Professional back fall training site, safe and reliable back fall frame, outdoor sports protection rope.

項(xiàng)目描述：在教練指導(dǎo)下，在全保護(hù)的狀態(tài)下，和教練一起站在1.6米背摔臺(tái)上，背對(duì)大家，直立狀態(tài)向后倒下，其他團(tuán)隊(duì)成員做好保護(hù)的項(xiàng)目體驗(yàn)。

Project description: Under the guidance of the coach and the full protection condition, stand with the coach on the 1.6 meters platform, back to others, stand upright and fall backward, while other team members do a good job of protection.

項(xiàng)目意義：此活動(dòng)考察團(tuán)隊(duì)信任度與責(zé)任感，充分調(diào)動(dòng)大家的積極性和參與度，通過項(xiàng)目分享，認(rèn)清信任的意義和重要性，并掌握建立信任感的基本步驟和條件。

Project significance: This activity examines the trust and responsibility of the team, fully mobilizes everyone's enthusiasm and participation, identifies the importance of trust through project sharing, and grasps the basic steps and conditions of establishing trust.

注意事項(xiàng)： 

1、著裝要求輕便，不著裙裝，西裝、皮鞋等，鞋子需運(yùn)動(dòng)休閑防滑鞋。

2、患有嚴(yán)重的恐高癥、高血壓、心臟病、腦梗、腰椎、頸椎及懷孕期等狀態(tài)的學(xué)員不宜參與此活動(dòng)。 

3、聽從教練安排和牢記動(dòng)作要領(lǐng)，按操作流程和安全步驟進(jìn)行，嚴(yán)禁擅作主張，不聽指揮與協(xié)調(diào)。

Notice:

1. Dress casual, don't wear skirt, suits, leather shoes. Shoes should be casual, anti-skid, and suitable for sports.

2. Students with severe acrophobia, hypertension, heart disease, cerebral infarction, lumbar spine, cervical vertebra and pregnancy should not participate in this activity.

3. Follow the coach's instructions and keep in mind the essentials. Follow the operation procedure and safety steps. It is strictly forbidden to make a decision without authorization, not to listen to the command and coordination.
