項目描述：此活動模擬在大海上航行的船員遇險后的逃生過程。

Project description: This activity simulates the escape process of the seafarers on the sea after their distress.

項目意義：通過緊張的場景描述，使大家進(jìn)入場景狀態(tài)，然后通過逃生過程，鍛煉團(tuán)隊在緊急事件下的快速反應(yīng)能力，以及通過互幫互助逃生后的感悟。

Project significance: Through the tense scene description, all the people enter the scene, then through the process of escape, exercise the team’s rapid response capability in the event of an emergency, and express the feeling through mutual help to escape.

注意事項： 

1、著裝要求輕便，不著裙裝，西裝、皮鞋等，鞋子需運動休閑防滑鞋。

2、患有嚴(yán)重的恐高癥、高血壓、心臟病、腦梗、腰椎、頸椎及懷孕期等狀態(tài)的學(xué)員不宜參與此活動。 

3、聽從教練安排和牢記動作要領(lǐng)，按操作流程和安全步驟進(jìn)行，嚴(yán)禁擅作主張，不聽指揮與協(xié)調(diào)。

Notice:

1. Dress casual, don't wear skirt, suits, leather shoes. Shoes should be casual, anti-skid, and suitable for sports.

2. Students with severe acrophobia, hypertension, heart disease, cerebral infarction, lumbar spine, cervical vertebra and pregnancy should not participate in this activity.

3. Follow the coach's instructions and keep in mind the essentials. Follow the operation procedure and safety steps. It is strictly forbidden to make a decision without authorization, not to listen to the command and coordination.
